Because the Steelers are healthy, the inactives list for today's season opener against the Cincinnati Bengals is not based on injuries.

With everyone practicing on Friday, including Diontae Johnson, who had a shoulder injury, the inactives are based on depth rather than team health.
""I'm feeling good," Johnson said after the team's final practice of the week. "My shoulder is getting better, a lot better." It's a lot better. On Sunday, I'll be ready."

Today's Steelers inactives include quarterback Mason Rudolph, who is third on the depth chart behind starter Mitch Trubisky and rookie Kenny Pickett after a training camp and preseason battle. Coach Mike Tomlin didn't publicly declare a winner until earlier this week, but Trubisky takes pride in winning and is ready to take the field today at Paycor Stadium.
"It's going to be huge," Trubisky predicted. "It's something I've been looking forward to, something I've worked hard for. I'm just grateful for the opportunity, which I intend to seize fully."

Other inactives include center Kendrick Green, receiver Steven Sims, defensive end Isaiahh Loudersmilk, and linebacker Mark Robinson.
