On Friday afternoon, Environment Canada issued severe thunderstorm watches and advisories for the province's southeast.

The vicinity of Estevan, Weyburn, Radville, and Milestone saw warming, a sign that severe weather is approaching or has already begun.

Carlyle, Oxbow, and the neighboring areas were included in the severe thunderstorm watch, which indicates that the potential for severe storms exists.

Additionally, on Friday afternoon, the weather service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Melfort, Tisdale, Nipawin, Carrot River, and the surrounding areas. However, the alert has since expired.

The website of Environment Canada has the most recent details regarding weather alerts.
