When will online banking be available again?

The bank has not specified a time frame for the restoration of services, only that they hope to provide a solution "soon."


"We're sorry if you're having trouble accessing our Mobile App or Internet Banking this morning," TSB said on Twitter. We're working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible."

Many TSB customers have reported that their cards are not working on Twitter, but the bank has not confirmed this.

It is currently unknown what is causing the issue, but it is proving frustrating for many users, especially since the last Friday of the month is payday for many.

Customers of TSB have reported being unable to access their online banking or mobile app this morning.


By 10 a.m. on Friday, hundreds of error reports had been logged on the online outage tracker Down Detector.


The problems appear to have started around 6 p.m. Thursday evening, but reports began to pile up around 7 a.m.

TSB has stated that the issues are occurring on both online and mobile banking and has apologized to customers, adding that they are working diligently to resolve the issue.
